Our Wednesday Warriors will meet at Clyde Woolridge Staging Area (Skyline and Grass Valley Road) for a 4-5 mile trot around the trails. All paces and levels are encouraged to join!
We’ll be doing a route which includes the Brandon and Grass Valley Trails.
Formerly known as Haley’s Run for a Reason the 5-mile run or 2-mile walk starts at 8am at the Orinda Community Center in Orinda, CA and kicks-off the city’s 4th of July festivities.The 2-mile walk is paved and stroller/dog friendly. The 5-mile run continues on from the 2-mile walk onto East Bay Municipal Utility District trails, usually only accessible by permit. After the run, stay for a pancake breakfast, small-town parade and park activities all day long!

We’ll be meeting at our college store for a 3-5 mile trot to Lake Temescal followed by beers at the local pub.
The Blind Beer Runner Takes On Western States
Ultra runner, beer aficionado and motivational speaker Kyle Roubidoux will be the first visually impaired runner to compete at the Western States Endurance Run on 6/29. Kyle, a Topo Ambassador and sponsored by Clif, has a team of sighted guides (including Bay Area locals and ultra rock star Scott Jurek) to get him from Squaw to Auburn.
Transports is proud to have Kyle as a guest and talk about all things ultra, from training to recovery tips, and accessibility as a legally blind runner. There will be a Q&A to ask about ultra running or how to become a guide for visually impaired runners in your community.
We will meet at 6:30pm at Skyline Gate staging area at Redwood Regional. Stream Trail is open again so we will have a 5.2 mile and 3 mile route which takes the trail.
5.2 mile –
Run down Stream to Fern Dell campsite.
Turn around and come back on Stream.
Right on Prince
Left on East Ridge and back to Skyline Gate

Third and last race of the East Bay Triple Crown.
8.4 miles – Hilly loop on dirt trails
We’re getting pumped for the final race of the East Bay Triple Crown series so we’re having a course preview for our trail run this week! Due to a repair project by the park this year’s course will slightly change. See the still beautiful and scenic new course on Wednesday where you can run 4-6 miles of the 8.7 mile race. We’ll start our run at Canyon Meadows staging area at 6:30 pm.
The highly anticipated Clifton 6 just dropped this month and you can test them out at this week’s run! See why this fan favorite has its best update yet with a lightweight yet cushioned ride. Meet at the College Ave store, snag a demo pair, head to Lake Temescal then grab beer after!
